1. Half of the total charges/payment should be paid as advance. And

the remaining / balance half after the completion of half of the

Course content/duration

2. The payment by check only, should be made in the name of SANJAY

NANNAPARAJU who will undertake/handle the Training programs on his

own or send one of the Institute’s Trainers for conducting the

training activities. The financial package/charges agreed upon by

the Training service provider and training availing company need to

be kept confidential, and should not be revealed to anyone

whosoever the quote/pricing agreed upon, mutually

3. Under no conditions the fees/charges paid as advance, to avail

corporate training facility, for a particular Course/Program will

be refunded or adjusted for other programs

4. The needful infrastructure [classroom, tables, chairs,

whiteboard, whitepaper, notebooks, lap-tops/desk tops, pens,

pencils, marker pens, LCD monitor and screen, speakers, printed

materials and books] for carrying out the corporate training

programs should be provided by client/customer/corporate/industry

only

5. The Trainer organizing the training program is to be provided

access to all facilities of common use on industry/corporate

campus/premises

6. Every 10 days/sessions there is a review of the training

program, with needful changes accommodated in the training program

to continue

7. At the end of the training program, performance report of each

student is submitted by the Trainer handling the Corporate Training

Program

8. Any issues/problems concerning teaching/training/classroom

activities/trainer's & participants’ behavior and attitude will

have to be sorted out in a friendly environment

9. Any issues with a legal bearing will be restricted to courts of

law of Hyderabad, only

10. All other terms and conditions not mentioned here, could be

discussed and mutually agreed upon

11. Language and Soft skills are a life long process, so all

training programs towards their enhancement should be considered as

an attempt only, and can never be a guarantee
